Cancellations Policy

48-hour (2-day) notice required, otherwise patient will be billed the standard session fee for any late rescheduled or missed sessions

Insurance Policy

No insurance is accepted.

 

Superbills provided for out-of-network reimbursements.

Exclusive Lyra Health EAP provider.  

Telephone Policy

Patients will be billed for time spent conducting phone calls that are clinical in nature and last longer than 10 minutes
